Where is EZ Works Self Storage located?
EZ Werks Storage is located at 23512 Kuykendahl Rd, Tomball, TX 77375.
How do I reserve a unit?
Reserve a unit on our Unit Prices page or use our 24-hour kiosk.
When can I access my storage unit?
Access your storage unit 24/7.
When can I move into my unit?
If there is a unit available that fits your specific needs, you can move in at any time once you’ve rented online at the kiosk.
What type of documentation do I need to rent a unit?
A valid form of government-issued ID such as a driver’s license, state ID, or passport.
How much notice needs to be given before I move out?
We do offer month-to-month leases, but we would appreciate at least a two weeks notice.
What security features do you offer?
We guarantee state-of-the-art security features including video surveillance, motion sensors in our CC Unit and our Nokē smart entry system.
What items am I not allowed to store?
Plants, firearms, explosives, perishables, flammable, radioactive materials, lead paint, asbestos, medical waster, stolen or illegal goods, and cash. Contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Do I need insurance?
You are responsible for the items that you store with us and we do require insurance. Speak with a manager about our affordable insurance.
What are my payment options?
We offer autopay that will ensure that you never miss a payment. In addition, you can make payments using our kiosk, Smart App or online. All payments are deducted from a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
How are late payments handled?
We grant every customer a 5-day grace period. Late fees will be charged on the 5th day past your due date. Any account remaining past due will be denied access to their unit until the balance is paid.
